Amplifying human potential

Delivering AI that Actually Works

Real AI enablement that delivers results — through combining strategy, training, and autonomous agents.

Where AI efforts stall.

Three failures, and none of them are technical. Each one is the reason a promising pilot quietly stops being mentioned.

  1. 0%

of enterprise GenAI pilots return nothing.

Pilots that never scale, because nobody owns adoption. The technology works in the demo; the organisation around it was never changed to receive it.

  2. 0%

of frontline staff use AI regularly — against 75% of leaders.

Staff who cannot keep up, so AI stays at leadership intent. BCG calls the distance between the two a silicon ceiling: adoption decided at the top, never reaching the desk.

  3. 0%

of organisations have fully implemented AI governance.

Governance fear that freezes use cases instead of allowing for growth. Without a defensible line on what AI may and may not do, the safe answer is always no.

Three services, one arc.

Strategy sets the direction. Literacy brings your people with you. Agents multiply what they can get done.

01

AI Strategy

See what’s possible.

We illuminate the hidden opportunities in your data, talent, and operations.

  • AI strategy roadmap to help leadership decide where AI belongs in the business
  • Workforce transformation to redesign roles for an AI-enabled organisation
Shape your use cases
02

AI Literacy

Turn anxiety into fluency.

We build AI proficiency across every level of the organisation, not just the keen few.

  • Enable employees in various roles to contextualise AI for higher effectiveness
  • Closing the last-mile gap between knowing AI exists and using it well
Explore the training programmes
03

AI Autonomous Agents

Automate the routine.

Our agents aren’t replacements — they’re force multipliers. They handle the repetitive so your people can focus on the creative, the strategic, the human.

  • Ready-to-deploy AI agents to remove the low value, repetitive tasks
  • End-to-end AI tech solution designed around your unique workflow
Pilot with the AI agents

Not just a showcase. We measure the path to realised value.

01

Substitutive

Work previously done by people, now done by AI — the same output, at a fraction of the price.

Price of one standard legal document: 30 years ago, $400; Last year, $150; Today, $0.50.

The visible tier, and the only one most ROI decks measure. SemiAnalysis puts roughly US$1.5 trillion of labour-cost-equivalent work within credible displacement range of current models. The catch is that the value does not appear as growth: the transaction vanishes, leaving a few dollars of tokens behind.

A 60% fall took thirty years. The next 99.7% took one.

02

Boundary-based

Work once bought in the market, now done inside the firm — the boundary moves, the spend disappears.

Cost of the same task: Bought in, $10,000; Done in-house, $10.

A paid research brief becomes an internal workflow. A contractor task becomes an employee prompt. The article’s example: a $10,000 outsourced HR service brought in-house for about $10 of tokens. The work still happens — it simply stops being a transaction anyone can count.

$9,990 of real work, erased from the measured economy.

03

Creational

Work that did not exist before, because until now nobody could afford to do it.

Labour-cost equivalent, US$ billions: Substitution, estimated, $1.5T; New output, Unquantified — “likely much larger”.

When literature reviews fall from $2,000 to $2, you do not run the same number and pocket the difference — you run one before every project. SemiAnalysis argues this tier is likely much larger than the substitution side, and says plainly that its magnitude is opaque. That is the point: there is no old line item to compare it to.

Invisible to a savings model. There is no baseline to measure it against.

“Measuring AI ROI via dark output — not just time and money saved.” — framework after Malcolm Spittler and Dylan Patel, “AI Dark Output: The Visible Cost of Invisible Output”, SemiAnalysis, 29 May 2026. Figures are the article’s own; the reading of them is ours.

Four reasons organisations choose Amplify.

  1. 01

    Platform agnostic

We advise on the tools that fit your situation, not the ones we resell. Your stack stays yours.

  2. 02

    Actual deployment experience

We have put working systems into live operations — not just decks, frameworks and workshops.

  3. 03

    Last-mile focus

We design around how your teams actually work, so the change sticks after the engagement ends.

  4. 04

    Approved grant support (Singapore only)

We help eligible Singapore organisations navigate approved grants when scoping their programmes.

Proof, not promises.

  • We already had AI inside the product, but every team had its own idea of what to build next. Amplify made us decide where it actually belongs — and where it does not. The roadmap got shorter, and a lot more honest.

Neo Zhizhong Chief Executive Officer · Geniebook Edtech · Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam
  • Amplify worked with us to rebuild our culture from the inside out — not just tech solutions — and those people came out understanding where the company is going.

Michael Soh Managing Director · Redwood Interior Global Interior fit-out · Singapore and Malaysia
  • We were afraid AI would flatten the creative work. Amplify trained the studio role by role instead of running one big workshop, so each person found where it helps and where it gets in the way. The team stopped debating it and started using it.

Donald Lim Chief Executive Officer · digimagic Experiential media · Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand
  • A production runs on a hundred small repetitive steps, and they were eating our producers’ weeks. Amplify built agents around the way we actually work rather than handing us a generic tool. Our people are back on the work only they can do.
